The Art & Science of Blissful Living

Blisswork® is a three-step happiness programme that evolved from 13 years of my study and practice of A Course in Miracles and Advaita Vedanta.

1) Abide in Forgiveness (Egoself)
Forgive all and all your experiences as unreal.

2) Abide in Guidance (Mindself)
Listen within and be under divine guidance.

3) Abide in Bliss (Spiritself)
Be in your real state of bliss.

That's all. You need do nothing else. Yet, to get to this level of practice, you need some willingness. Carry on with these three steps whenever your remember for 21 days. Then you will remember more often to practice. That's a gentle way to put it.

If you need my help, I'll guide you. For, there are a few preparatory practices that I teach in person. Ask your heart first. If there's a 'green light', email me.

"It is possible to reach a state
in which you bring your mind
under my guidance
without conscious effort,
but this implies a willingness
that you have not
developed as yet."

A Course in Miracles
(T-2.VI.6:1)

"Healing thus becomes a lesson in understanding, and the more you practice it, the better teacher and learner you become."

[ A Course in Miracles, ACIM, T-11.II.2:1 ]

"Turn the mind inward
and cease thinking
of yourself as the body;
thereby you will come
to know that the self
is ever happy."

Joshua Newton

Founder, Blisswork®

Joshua Newton is a creative mentor in nondual wisdom who offers spiritual guidance through his artistic practice paths. Josh teaches these eternal principles with the aid of his short contemplative films & deep meditative images. This makes his method of teaching unique.

Blisswork® is actually a fruit of 35 years of psychological and spiritual enquires of Joshua Newton. It is founded on the astonishing and eye-opening awakening teachings of A Course in Miracles and Advaita.

He began studying ACIM in 2012. And when he had a series of direct experiences of 'no self' in 2015 and 2017 while living alone in Bangalore, Newton started looking at the ACIM teachings through nonduality (advaita) without the aid of its Christian/anthropomorphic terminology.

Eventually, Blisswork® took shape, which simply teaches us to correct our mind to be free and blissful.
